If a Wall develops a crack, we shouldn't completely drill it Down, but RePlaster it with Confidence . 
Always remember " Form" is Temporary ......

My friend went to London and got me...

Channa Ghashi(curry)

Soaked channa overnight. Pressure cooked it(takes about 15mins). Took about 3/4cup dry coconut,1/4 cup coriander seeds,1/8cup methi seeds and 5 red chillies and some hing.Fry in a pan till brownish. Then ground coarsely. Added some water. Ground till it was a smooth paste.
Pour the ground paste into a vessel and add the channa.Added garlic tadka. Add some water to bring it to a semi-liquid consistency.Bring it to a boil. Served it over rice. Yummmmmmmmyyyyyyyyyy :)

Missal !!

Matki ussal remained after lunch. Nobody wanted much for dinner. So made missal out of the ussal by adding chopped onion,dahi,farsan and green chutney.

Fanas-moogdal kheer on 7/7/10

Ajja bought fanas(jackfruit) the other day. It was very sweet. He was complaining I don't make any sweets etc. So thought of making this kheer(one of his favourites! :) )
Cooked about 3/4 cup moog dal. Then added 3/4 cup jaggery granules and 1 cup fanas pieces.Let it boil. Then added 1 cup milk.

 Ajja took second helpings. He loved it :)
